When you apply, we collect the details you enter in the form, such as your name, contact information, state, ZIP code, household size, income range, benefits and the reason you need gas. Our web server may record standard technical data such as IP address and browser type.

How we use information

We use your information only to review your gas card application, contact you, prevent fraud and improve our services. Applications are delivered by encrypted connection to our website and then by email to our enrollment team. You receive a confirmation email with a reference number. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and third parties

We do not use advertising cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the homepage video loads from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) only after you press play.

Children

Our gas card program is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the program (for example, card fulfillment), when required by law, or with your consent.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We will never ask you for bank logins, card numbers or PINs.
